Military

MilitaryStudents graduating from high school can pursue a military option for their future. The military provides many programs that prepares people for civilian jobs. All branches of the military provide tuition assistance for college courses taken while on active duty under the Montgomery GI Bill. The process of selecting the military branch that is best for you is similar to the decision of what college is best for you. Areas to consider include length of enlistment, advanced pay grade, length and type of training, ability to select career paths of interest, and options for higher education. Additional information can be found on the website of each branch or by contacting their recruiter.
