At Worthington Kilbourne High School assuring each student's academic success is a shared goal among the students, teachers, staff, and parents. The Intervention Assistance Team brings together all of these stakeholders to plan interventions to be implemented to support students in their academic efforts. The plans that are developed are frequently known as IAT's. An IAT meeting can be initiated by the school staff and/ or by the parents. IAT plans are reviewed on a regular basis and do not carry over from one year to the next.
