You DecideThere are a range of free assessments that students can take to learn more about possible career fits.  

YouScience is an assessment that allows you to learn more about your aptitudes along with your interests.  Codes to access this assessment are available in the counseling center.  Additional information about YouScience is available at this link.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a personality assessment and from the results you can look at what careers often fit for people with the same personality type.  There are two free tests you can use to complete a Myers-Briggs Type test:

These websites will allow you to complete a short version of the test that will tell you more about your personality and careers that would fit.  Your school counselor also has a more detailed list of careers that fit based upon each personality type or you can do an additional search online for careers that fit your identified personality code.

My Majors is a website that allows students to create a free account and take a career quiz that will give you 5 recommended majors.  http://www.mymajors.com

Free Career Test is a website that allows students to complete a short questionnaire about your interests in various career related areas that will result in showing you the percentage of interest match you have to various career fields and it will also show you your level of match in sub-interests.  (Hint: scroll below the video to see the lists.)  http://yourfreecareertest.com

Ohio Means Jobs website has two career interest inventories that students can complete.  One is the Career Cluster Inventory and one is the Career Profile.  Both of these assessments can be found at the following website: https://jobseeker.k-12.ohiomeansjobs.monster.com/ExploreIt/Index.aspx
