Join Jen Hegerty 200-hr RYT & Shoma Jha, 200-hr RYT in exploring mindfulness through yoga, breath, movement & more at a camp geared toward tweens & teens. This camp will be a place to practice mindfulness through movement & the 5 senses. We will learn, move, create & sample different types of yoga & movement.
